Responsibilities:
- Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects. Specifically, these projects will involve feasibility surveying and oversight of 5G Home Ready (5GHR) infrastructure in Multi-dwelling units (MDU's).
- Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service including adherence to specific contracted price points.
- Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings. Property owner and/or management collaboration is a must here to maintain working relationships at MDU's. Assisting with troubleshooting during integration activities is also required.
- Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency and wireless network in-building construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools.
