The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a high-impact Supply Chain and Operations leader to bridge the gap between strategic planning and execution. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our internal vision and our client''''''''s external manufacturing partners.

This is an invitation to steer complex operational frameworks, optimize vendor performance, and ensure that every link in the supply chain is resilient, scalable, and operating at peak efficiency.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect and refine comprehensive supply chain strategies that integrate seamlessly with ERP and MRP frameworks to ensure end-to-end visibility.

  • Champion the performance of external manufacturing partners by maintaining a consistent on-site presence and driving accountability across all outsourced operations.

  • Synthesize complex production data to forecast requirements, mitigate risks, and streamline the flow of materials and finished goods.

  • Drive operational excellence by enforcing rigorous adherence to established protocols while identifying opportunities for process evolution.

  • Cultivate robust relationships with global vendors through frequent travel and direct engagement, ensuring quality and delivery timelines are met without compromise.

  • Execute high-level decision-making with significant autonomy, balancing independent initiative with a commitment to organizational standards.


What You Bring

  • Deep Technical Fluency: Comprehensive mastery of fully integrated ERP/MRP systems, with the ability to leverage these tools for sophisticated scope management.

  • Operational Agility: Proven success in managing outsourced vendor relationships and a willingness to be on the ground at partner facilities as needed.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex logistical concepts and strategic updates to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Disciplined Independence: A self-starter mindset capable of delivering results with negligible supervision while remaining aligned with corporate governance.

  • Global Readiness: The flexibility to travel extensively to maintain direct oversight of critical manufacturing and supply chain hubs.
