Title: Procurement Engineering / Supplier Transition Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Procurement / Supplier Transition Engineers to support New Product Introduction (NPI), supplier qualification, and product lifecycle management. This role requires strong hands-on experience working with suppliers, managing First Article execution, driving engineering changes, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and close supplier qualification activities
- Support NPI and sustenance engineering
- Drive ECOs, COs, drawing updates, and manufacturing documentation
- Design and review assembly procedures, fixtures, and digital work instructions
- Plan, execute, and review First Article (FA) activities
- Perform fit, form, and function testing
- Develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols
- Manage PPAP, APQP, CQP, CQR, and qualification records
- Lead supplier CAPA, PDN, and corrective actions to closure
- Act as single point owner for assigned suppliers
- Collaborate with Engineering, SQE, Procurement, Quality, and Operations
- Track, escalate, and close supplier issues within project timelines

Important Details:
· Employment Type: Contract
· Work Location: Loveland, CO (100% Onsite – Day 1)
· Target Bill Rate: $41/hr – $45/hr
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
