Description:

Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

What You Bring (Must-Haves)
  • Project Management Certification or degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage technology projects up to $500K in scope.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to present recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Security systems expertise: Knowledge of access control and video management systems.
  • Construction experience: Familiarity with drawings review, methodologies, and field inspections.
  • Hands-on experience with Lenel S2 and Milestone XProtect platforms.
  • Installation experience with card readers, cameras, guardhouses, turnstiles, speed lanes, and road gates.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Background in both administrative and manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks.
