Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer with strong Azure Cloud experience (application-focused, not DevOps) to support and modernize enterprise web applications in a banking environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience refactoring and migrating .NET web applications to Microsoft Azure, while also supporting legacy ASP.NET WebForms and .NET Framework 4.8 applications.

This role requires on-site collaboration with engineering and business teams in Wilmington, DE.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

• 9+ years overall software development experience
• 5+ years experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework (4.8)
• 3+ years experience with ASP.NET WebForms
• 3+ years experience developing Web APIs
• 3+ years experience with Entity Framework Core
• 3+ years experience with SQL Server
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding practices
• 3+ years of unit testing experience, including mocking frameworks

Azure Cloud (Mandatory – Application Focus)

• 2–3+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience
• Experience refactoring and migrating web applications to Azure
• Hands-on experience with:

Azure App Services or Azure VMs
Azure SQL / Storage
Azure Application Insights
Azure configuration & environment management
