Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Parma, OH 44130

Hiring: Fulltime with Hexaware Technologies

JD:

90% of activities involve the following.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MAC OS and authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Deliver support to organization desktops, laptops to ensure all computers, network connections and software are functioning properly
Return defective equipment to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintain and restock parts inventory and maintain spare parts levels in ServiceNow
Work closely with vendors and managed services to maintain systems and services, manage change, and deploy new systems and services
Enterprise - enrollment and management of mobile devices, phones, tablets, etc,..
Works independently in troubleshooting and providing solutions to unresolved hardware and software problems through trouble-ticket system - ServiceNow
Maintain sites inventory with all Ricoh assets deployed to users and network and printing/scanning equipment.

10% of activity involves the following.

Act as an escalation resource to, Network, Windows Admin and Security groups to assist with hardware maintenance upgrade and new replacements (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage units, surveillance security system, wireless access points)

Technical Skills required:

Strong technical PC troubleshooting skills, Networking, Windows 10 & 11, Mac OS, Mobile devices ( Android and iOS) AD Active Directory, Microsoft MEM ( Intune, enrollment ) , VPN, Anti-Virus SW, along with strong administrative skills to ensure that all ServiceNow reporting and ticketing activity is current and accurately maintained.
