Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing customer portals, partner portals, and self-service experiences using the Salesforce platform. The candidate will lead technical design, architecture, integrations, and implementation activities while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Lead the architecture, development, customization, and implementation of Experience Cloud portals and digital experiences.
- Develop customer portals, partner portals, and self-service sites using Salesforce Experience Builder.
- Configure user access, authentication, permissions, sharing rules, and external user security.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and guide implementation best practices.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and SOQL.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Experience Cloud and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
- Support CI/CD processes and follow Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Technical Lead, or Senior Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing customer portals, partner portals, or self-service applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Builder and Lightning-based user experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce security, authentication, sharing models, and external user access.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
