Summary

Software Engineer I

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer I, where you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy robust applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate. Your contributions will help drive our projects forward, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize GitHub Enterprise (GHE) for version control and collaboration on code repositories.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks.
  • Experience with Hibernate for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise (GHE) for version control and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
