Skill Required:

Developing a training program for ERP systems

Developing accessibility-compliant training content

Hands-on experience working with eLearning software

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system

Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team

Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites

Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

Experience with Jira

Role: Citrix Architect

Skill Required:

5+ years of experience with Citrix XenApp

5+ years of experience with Xen Server Administration

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Servers

5+ years of experience with Citrix App Layering

Citrix Administrator certification

Experience troubleshooting systems, identifying root cause, and creating action plans to resolve issues

Experience working in a VDI environment
