Job Details

We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for electrical design, PLC programming, and system integration across water treatment solutions. This is a working manager role with both technical ownership and team leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers
  • Oversee PLC programming (Allen Bradley/Rockwell) and control system design
  • Stay hands-on in programming, troubleshooting, and system execution
  • Drive consistency in engineering standards, documentation, and delivery
  • Partner with operations and field teams to support system installs and optimization
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • Strong PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred)
  • Background in water treatment, wastewater, or process-heavy industries
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Open to candidates from adjacent industries (food & beverage, oil & gas, dairy, etc.
