Jr. Business & Analyst Manufacturing / ERP Onsite Location: Shelton, CT

We re searching for a Junior Business Analyst to join our client, a growing manufacturing company in the Shelton, CT area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on ERP, data and Power BI experience, work closely with a strong IT team, and grow your skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with ERP support and process improvement initiatives
Document business requirements and system functionality, and create BI Reports
Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors
Conduct research to identify and improve key business metrics and produce Data Analytics
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in business analysis or similar role (manufacturing environment preferred)
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Any experience with reporting software i..e PowerBI, Tableau, etc. is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills

This is a 5 days/week onsite position, with lots of training and mentorship provided by the client. Full-time position, will start off as a 2-month contract-to-hire.
