Role:ServiceNow Architect
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Job Summary
- Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers, administrators, BAs, and implementation teams.
- Review solution designs, configurations, customizations, scripts, and development standards.
- Ensure best practices around platform governance, security, performance, and scalability.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA are preferred.
