Job Title: Service Provider Partnerships Project Manager

Duration: Long term engagement renewed quarterly
Location: Remote but candidates must sit in California (there may be occasional team meetups in the Bay area)
Role Summary
Worldwide Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support strategic Service Provider Partnerships and Managed Service Provider initiatives. This role focuses on co development engagements, operational execution, and delivery excellence across complex technology programs. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, experience working within large technology organizations, and the ability to operate effectively in fast paced, cross functional environments.
Previous experience supporting Cisco environments is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross functional projects ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Execute and track deliverables, action items, and technical dependencies using tools such as Monday.com
• Provide weekly status updates and dashboards to designated stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and enforce governance models including weekly reviews and monthly communications
• Prepare and present operational reports and business reviews for senior leadership
• Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and customer experience teams
• Engage with technical support teams to drive rapid issue resolution
• Capture lessons learned and propose process improvements to enhance future project outcomes
• Support operational strategies that streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Drive adoption of new tools, systems, and automation including use of AI technologies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience within software, networking, cloud, or technology environments
• Prior experience supporting Cisco programs or operating within Cisco ecosystems required
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with consistent on time delivery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast changing environments

• Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Tableau for reporting and data visualization
• Trello and Monday.com for task and program management
• Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting service provider or managed service provider programs
