We are seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor for our night shift to lead our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a high level of employee safety. This is a permanent role that requires a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence, a deep understanding of modern manufacturing systems, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire production process during the night shift, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Coordinate all production activities, including staffing, equipment operation, and material supply.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary corrective actions to address any issues.
  • Lead and promote a culture of safety within the team, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, overseeing sanitation practices in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align production with business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing and enforcing GMP.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in safety management and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work during the night shift and handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
