Summary

Lead end-to-end solution architecture design on the Pega Platform for enterprise applications.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance Pega solutions.
Define application framework, data models, case management workflows, and integration patterns.
Enforce Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices across development teams.
Conduct design reviews, performance tuning, and code quality assessments.
Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and external system APIs.
Oversee deployment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and governance standards.
Mentor and guide System Architects (SA) and Senior System Architects (SSA).
Support production issue resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
