Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Analyst / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RAG architectures. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define AI strategies, gather requirements, assess business impact, and guide the implementation of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI solutions, including LLMs, Agents, MCP, and RAG architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and business impact assessments.
- Define AI guardrails, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and data scientists to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Create business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 9 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Business Analysis, or AI Solution Engineering.
- Hands-on AI application development experience or strong technical understanding of AI implementation.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
