QA Test Lead

Job title: QA Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, execution, and release validation.

·        Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

·        Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·        Design and enhance Selenium automation frameworks using Java or Python.

·        Perform API testing using Apigee and validate integrations with IBM IIB/ESB.

·        Execute performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Performance Centre.

·        Track defects using ALM/Quality Centre or other test management tools.

·        Collaborate with development, business, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

·        Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Git, SVN, and Linux environments.

·        Prepare QA metrics, KPI reports, and provide quality governance for project releases.

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience in QA Testing, Functional, Integration, System, Regression & UAT Testing.

·        Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Defect Management.

·        Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework Development.

·        Strong programming skills in Java or Python.

·        Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Linux.

·        Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Git, SVN, Rundeck, and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Performance testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Performance Center.

·        Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC environments.

·        Knowledge of Apigee, IBM IIB/ESB, PingFederate, and SSO.

·        Experience with Quality Center (ALM) or similar test management tools.

·        Healthcare QA / Healthcare Payer Domain experience is highly preferred.

·        Prior experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead is a strong plus.
