Our client is looking Senior Epic Configuration Analyst--for Louisville, Kentucky project and below is the detailed requirement. 

Job Title : Senior Epic Configuration Analyst
Location : Louisville, Kentucky (Remote + Travel required once in a month for one week)
 

Job Description:                                                                                                                             

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience as an Epic Configuration Analyst, Epic Analyst, or Epic Tapestry Analyst.
  • Epic Tapestry certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Utilization Management (UM) workflows and processes.
  • Experience configuring UM letters, work queues, routing rules, and workflow components.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably in health insurance or healthcare payer environments.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related operational workflows.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Epic configurations
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
