Summary

This is a 12-month contract (fully remote) role where you’ll play a key part in supporting and optimizing a leading Talent Acquisition technology platform. You’ll collaborate with TA and People teams to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and improve overall platform utilization.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting and administering Avature (or similar TA platforms)
Acting as a key point of contact for TA technology queries
Analyzing platform usage and driving process improvements
Supporting enhancements, testing, training, and documentation
Creating reports, dashboards, and process maps (MS Visio)
Partnering with stakeholders to streamline recruiting operations

What we’re looking for:

Experience as a System Administrator for Avature or similar platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, etc.)
Strong analytical and data-handling skills (2+ years)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Avature Certification is a plus
