Your role As a Staff Accountant, your mission is to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial accuracy across the organization. This individual will take initiative, perform in-depth analysis, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive operational excellence in finance. You will report to the Finance Manager.
You will:
- Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and analyze internal financial reports to support business decisions
- Conduct regular reviews of general ledger and balance sheet transactions
- Perform job costing analysis and track profitability
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory records in accordance with accounting standards
- Handle daily cash applications, ACH transactions, and check processing
- Provide support on ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests

- You have minimum 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience with job costing, fixed assets, and reconciliations preferred
- Prior experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- High attention to detail and analytical ability
- Proficiency in Office365, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Your first 90 days will be on-site. After successful completion of the 90 days, this role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our corproate headquarters for Specialty Rental Division North America in Deer Park, TX, United States (US).
