Job Title : D365 CE/CRM Lead/Architect

Location : Chicago IL

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience
The D365 CE / CRM Architect will lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform. This role is responsible for defining a scalable, multi-brand CRM architecture that integrates seamlessly with CDP, orchestration, and enterprise services.
This is a critical leadership role during mobilization, responsible for establishing design standards, data models, and CRM-led experience patterns across the platform
The D365 F&O / eCommerce Lead will drive the design and implementation of finance, order management, and commerce capabilities within the Skylark platform. This includes B2B/B2C commerce flows, financial operations, and cross-system orchestration with CE and external channels
D365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel
Data verse and Power Platform
Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations
Strong understanding of Customer 360 / CDP integration models
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
