Business Analyst II (Supply Chain / WMS / SQL)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join a dynamic team supporting Supply Chain and Distribution operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support system implementations, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.

• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

• Support software implementations, system enhancements, and production issues.

• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Write SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

• Develop end-user documentation and provide training when required.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Mapping, and UAT.

• Strong SQL skills (Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS SQL Server).

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

• Order Management Systems (OMS)

• Supply Chain or Distribution domain experience

• Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes

• Oracle PL/SQL

• Power BI or IBM Cognos

• XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM)

• Experience supporting warehouse hardware such as Zebra scanners, HP printers, and related automation equipment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing, or Healthcare Distribution environments are highly preferred.
