CDP Data Engineer
Location: Remote 

Introduction: The CDP Data Engineer position is a key role within our team, responsible for managing and optimizing data pipelines, data modeling, and data activation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, CDP platforms, and data engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

• Data Ingestion & Integration: Ingest data from multiple sources such as Adobe Analytics, Iterable, CRM systems, web tracking, mobile apps, and offline sources. Implement ETL or ELT pipelines using tools like Snowflake and Hightouch.
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Design and optimize data schemas for efficient querying in Snowflake. Implement data transformations to unify customer profiles across multiple touchpoints.
• Data Quality & Governance: Set up data validation checks to monitor accuracy and completeness. Manage PII data encryption and masking.
• Data Activation & Reverse ETL: Sync data from Snowflake to marketing platforms. Build audience segmentation logic to personalize customer experiences.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams. Occasionally work with end users in Marketing and Sales by building self-serve analytics and audience segmentation tools.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall experience in technology engineering domains
• Experience with Python
• Experience with SQL (preferably Snowflake platform)
• Experience with CDP and Analytics platforms
• Experience with Data Modeling
• Experience with ELT processes
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Analytics Engineering Tools like dbt
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
