Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) solutions for customer service operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Salesforce technical expertise, project leadership experience, and Service Cloud implementation knowledge to successfully drive projects aligned with business objectives and strategic goals. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Salesforce project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Ensure Salesforce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Salesforce teams.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA Engineers, Architects, and business teams.
• Identify project risks, remove blockers, and improve team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing processes, and Salesforce best practices.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and Salesforce deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, governance models, and delivery processes.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes within Salesforce delivery teams.
• Maintain project documentation including solution designs, workflows, processes, and implementation artifacts.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably involving Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, configuration, integrations, and delivery processes.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing project planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management activities.
• Experience coordinating Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and deployment cycles.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) solutions in customer service/contact center environments.
• Salesforce Technical Project Management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce governance models and development standards.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations and technical solution design.
• Experience supporting Salesforce transformation initiatives.
