• This person needs to have led WD payroll implementations as a PM
• Workday payroll
• Need to be a self starter
• Need to be a team player
• The work streams are huge and high visibility
• Workday integrations and implementation experience
• Need to have completed end to end workday implementations
• Need to know how to work with KPMG
• Need to be immersed in the company like you belong there
• Need to be high level emotional IQ
• They are still working out some kinks in their process/structure, so need to be able to go with the flow in some instances and chip in if asked, even if the duties seem below their paygrade
