Role SummaryProvide Level 3 support for Google Cloud Platform environments, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, operational excellence, and technical guidance for cloud-native services. Act as an SME for complex production issues and support transition activities for managed cloud services. The role should also possess working knowledge of cloud-native security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Resolve complex Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and platform incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Support transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
Manage platform availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with customer and delivery teams on escalations and service improvements.
Support cloud-native security controls and vulnerability remediation coordination where applicable.
