Job Title: HCM Cloud Technical Support Specialist
Duration : 12+ Months
Location : Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid (3 day a week)
Details: The HCM Cloud Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for HCM software, focusing on Payroll Flow, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud is advantageous. This role requires a blend of technical skills and understanding of HR processes to ensure smooth system operation and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance: Deliver expert-level technical support for HCM Cloud applications, focusing on technologies like Payroll Flow, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Incident Management: Manage and document the problem-solving process for technical issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues involving applications like OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, HR, and external vendors to deploy, manage, and upgrade HCM solutions.
- Communication: Provide clear resolutions to users and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Training and Support: Develop user manuals and provide training on HCM technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve process efficiency within the HCM environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in Payroll Flow, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
