Project Manager with AI

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data-driven technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management experience along with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development lifecycles.

The Project Manager will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, architects, security teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production and adoption.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, and automation projects.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, resources, dependencies, budget, and deliverables.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear AI use cases and project requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Identify project bottlenecks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage communication with senior leadership and provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate AI model development, testing, evaluation, deployment, and production readiness activities.
• Work with technical teams on data readiness, data pipelines, APIs, cloud infrastructure, model integration, and deployment dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery of Generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Support evaluation of AI solutions based on accuracy, reliability, scalability, performance, cost, and business value.
• Ensure AI projects follow appropriate security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage third-party vendors, partners, contracts, deliverables, and escalations.
• Coordinate UAT, release planning, deployment, production transition, and post-production support.
• Drive change management, stakeholder communication, user training, and adoption.
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, RAID logs, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and leverage AI/automation for operational efficiency.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing AI/ML, Data, Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Good understanding of data platforms, APIs, databases, data pipelines, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, budget, resource, and change management.
• Ability to communicate technical AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• AI/ML or cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, Azure ML, or similar platforms.
• Experience with enterprise GenAI/LLM implementation is highly preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, or Manufacturing is a plus.
