UX Strategist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative UX Strategist to lead user experience initiatives that align business goals with customer needs. The ideal candidate will combine user research, information architecture, interaction design, and business strategy to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This role requires collaboration with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute user-centered strategies across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive UX strategy aligned with product vision and business objectives.

Conduct user research, usability studies, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.

Translate research findings into actionable insights, personas, user journeys, and experience maps.

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and information architecture.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Establish UX standards, best practices, and design frameworks.

Analyze user behavior metrics and recommend experience improvements.

Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking activities.

Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards are maintained.

Present UX concepts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in UX Strategy, UX Design, Product Design, or related roles.

Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Familiarity with information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
