This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on enterprise security, compliance, and risk management within a modern ecommerce and internal systems environment. The position combines leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience building and scaling enterprise security programs
- Strong background in cybersecurity operations, governance, and risk management
- Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability management and security tooling
- Experience managing security teams and external vendors
- Exposure to audits, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to partner effectively with IT, engineering, legal, and compliance teams
Desired Skills and Experience
- PCI DSS experience
- SOC audit experience, with SOC 2 exposure preferred
- Background in ecommerce, retail, logistics, or enterprise operational environments
- Understanding of data privacy concepts and program development
- Experience operating in a growing or maturing security organization
