One of my direct client in the Finance domain is looking for a Scrum Master-Workday.
Hybrid mode - 3 days onsite a week - Englewood, CO - Irvine, CA – New York, NY – Charlotte, NC – Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) across one or more teams.
Drive end-to-end delivery execution: remove impediments, manage risks/issues, and track actions to resolution with clear ownership and escalation paths.
Manage cross-team and vendor dependencies; build and maintain dependency maps and critical path plans for complex, cross-system initiatives.
Provide executive-ready delivery visibility, including milestones, change impacts, burnup/burndown, throughput, release readiness, and overall delivery health.
Partner with Business and Product to translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; maintain Definition of Ready/Done and backlog hygiene.
Own run-the-business intake for finance/treasury services (incidents, defects, enhancements, requests); coordinate triage, prioritization, and communications.
Maintain delivery artifacts in Confluence (RAID logs, runbooks, postmortems, decision logs), publish Jira KPIs/dashboards, and use AI to accelerate summaries and reporting within governance standards.
Required Experience, Skills & Competencies
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager in technology delivery.
Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives in financial systems, treasury, capital markets, trading, or enterprise finance platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, including dependency mapping and critical path planning in cross-functional environments.
Strong experience partnering with Business Owners and Product Managers on requirements elaboration and backlog readiness.
Advanced proficiency in Jira (or similar tools), including dashboarding/reporting and workflow administration concepts.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-ready status updates.
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Experience in lending or mortgage operations (whole loan sales, warehouse lines) and treasury/capital markets workflows.
Technical fluency with APIs/integrations and governance frameworks (SOX/SOC, audit readiness, change management); familiarity with Workday Financials, FIS, TPG, and Bloomberg is a plus.
