Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Cable Install Technician
Location:New Carlisle, IN
Pay Range:$23.50 per hour
*Schedule: Wed-Sat (10 hours) 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
What\'s the Job?
\t- Install, inspect, and troubleshoot structured copper and fiber optic cabling in data center environments. \t
- Perform physical installation of network and server racks, patch panels, and related devices. \t
- Coordinate daily material delivery, movement, and installation of enterprise IT equipment. \t
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all infrastructure components. \t
- Utilize ticketing systems and communication tools to track and report the status of tasks.
What\'s Needed?
\t- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA) are a plus. \t
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure installation, or cabling. \t
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking devices, switches, and servers. \t
- Comfortable working in physical, hands-on roles involving cable termination, racking, and equipment deployment. \t
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
