Senior SIAM Design Consultant (Contract)

Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior SIAM Design Consultant to support large enterprise environments undergoing major service management and vendor model transformation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused, client-facing role designing, implementing, or stabilizing SIAM frameworks across complex multiprovider ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design or refine SIAM operating models in multivendor environments

• Assess current-state service delivery, integration gaps, and governance weaknesses

• Lead or support SIAM transformations, transitions, or recovery efforts

• Build vendor governance structures, performance models, and accountability frameworks

• Advise senior stakeholders on service integration strategy and execution

• Produce clear, executive-ready deliverables that drive decisions and implementation

Required Background

• 10 20 years in IT services, sourcing, or service management

• Proven, hands-on SIAM design/implementation experience

• Strong experience in multivendor ecosystems (5+ providers)

• Deep understanding of ITIL/service lifecycle processes and operational frameworks

• Enterprise-scale experience with high-rigor delivery expectations
