Role Overview

We are seeking a supply chain professional who operates at the intersection of Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Strategy, SAP Transformation, Data Analytics, and AI Enablement. This is not a logistics or fulfillment role. The ideal candidate will have experience owning supply planning functions, inventory health, capital expenditure planning, and long-range capacity planning within a complex technology or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will help modernize Network Hardware Planning processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI and agent-based solutions to automate manual planning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and adoption of SAP BDA and MRP capabilities within the Network Hardware Planning organization.
  • Partner with supply planning, sourcing, and engineering teams to transition existing planning processes into future-state SAP environments.
  • Own analysis related to inventory, capacity, demand and supply balancing, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Develop planning frameworks and reporting that improve visibility into supply constraints, inventory health, and supportability.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting tools to support operational and strategic planning decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and help establish governance around planning data and reporting.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence while partnering with stakeholders across Supply Planning, Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or related supply chain functions.
  • Deep understanding of core supply chain planning principles, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Ownership and Optimization, Excess and Obsolete Inventory Management (SLOB), Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Planning, and Supply and Demand Balancing.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP, planning system, or supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of how planning processes and business rules translate into system capabilities, reporting solutions, and automation opportunities.
  • Deep expertise in MS-SQL, Kusto, and Business Intelligence technologies.
  • Hands-on experience developing complex Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and planning analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis of source data, calculations, assumptions, and planning methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to develop internal tools, automation capabilities, and data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and agent-based automation with Copilot & Cowork within supply chain planning workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and function as a long-term member of the core team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP BDA, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, or other enterprise planning platforms.
  • Experience implementing or supporting MRP-enabled planning environments.
  • Experience with supply chain, network infrastructure, hardware planning, or datacenter operations.
  • Experience leveraging AI agents, machine learning solutions, or workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience supporting network hardware, server infrastructure, or large-scale technology supply chains.
  • Understanding of data governance, master data management, and planning data quality frameworks.
