A typical day as an IT Support Administrator might include: - Manage incoming customer requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain IT Asset Management system, update records, and assist with audits.
- Purchase supplies, materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.
- Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.
- Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.
- Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

- Have two years of excellent customer service experience

Pay Range Data$30.29 - $44.76 an hour. We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the IT Support Administrator level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
