A typical day as an IT Support Administrator might include:
  • Manage incoming customer requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain IT Asset Management system, update records, and assist with audits.
  • Purchase supplies, materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.
  • Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.
  • Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.
  • Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if:
  • Have an associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Are tech savvy and well informed about modern technology
  • Have two years of excellent customer service experience
  • Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Are able to work cooperatively in a team environment

It is a plus if you have:
  • Customer service experience in a help desk setting or other technical role
  • Asset management experience

Pay Range Data

$30.29 - $44.76 an hour. We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the IT Support Administrator level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
