Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (Technology & SaaS) to lead high-impact sourcing initiatives within a fast-growing, dynamic environment. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Security, and Finance, playing a critical part in shaping vendor strategy and driving procurement excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Technology and SaaS sourcing, strong commercial acumen, and a data-driven mindset to modernize procurement processes through automation and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for Technology and SaaS categories, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with procurement standards.
• Execute day-to-day sourcing activities such as intake management, supplier outreach, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, including build vs. buy decisions.
• Prepare and lead RFIs, RFPs, and structured supplier evaluations.
• Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, financial modeling, and renewal forecasting.
• Leverage spend analytics and AI-driven insights to identify cost optimization and vendor consolidation opportunities.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance against SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Provide strategic reporting and forward-looking insights on procurement spend and trends.
• Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the modernization and automation of sourcing workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, specifically within Technology and SaaS categories.
• Proven experience managing global procurement processes using structured sourcing methodologies (supplier selection, risk evaluation, negotiation, and financial analysis).
• Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings, price optimization, and measurable business value.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to analyze complex pricing models and agreements.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using spend analytics to guide sourcing decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems such as Zip or similar platforms.
• Process-oriented with a customer-focused approach to procurement.
