We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and delivery of critical enterprise systems for a global technology leader.

In this role, you will champion complex customer delivery and market transaction processes, serving as the core Subject Matter Expert for complex system configurations, business logic, and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCS/CC&B) solutions, focusing heavily on Market Transaction Framework (MTF) processes.

·        Define and optimize business rules, market transaction configurations, and customer switching flows to align with strict regulatory standards.

·        Act as the primary functional bridge between business stakeholders, development/integration workstreams, and downstream validation teams.

·        Provide strategic functional support across data conversion workstreams, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ultimate deployment readiness phases. Qualifications: Proven functional design and consulting experience implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B / CCS) systems. Robust expertise utilizing the Market Transaction Framework (MTF), with a deep understanding of market transactions and customer switching logic. Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) or associated utility field services solutions (OFS, C2M). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment. Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
