Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead a high-priority Operations IT modernization initiative involving legacy system replacement and AI-assisted development. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of complex IT projects.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and project status.
• Coordinate across business, IT, development, data, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, decision reviews, and executive updates.
• Support modernization of legacy applications and technologies.
• Coordinate responsible use of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Identify risks/blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure documentation, implementation readiness, and smooth project handoffs.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk, issue, scope, schedule, and dependency management.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Planner, Teams, or SharePoint.

Preferred:

• Legacy application modernization/replacement experience.
• Experience with Ingres, OpenROAD, or similar legacy technologies.
• Utility, energy, critical infrastructure, or regulated-industry experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Vendor/system integrator management experience.
