Jr to Mid-level UX Generalist, who will play a crucial role in the design and development of internal products. Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points
• Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction
• Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Act as a partner to the business, fostering positive stakeholder relationships evangelizing UX efforts
 
Core Competencies:

• Shows adaptability and openness to feedback
• Displays initiative and proactive approach
• Basic wireframing & prototyping skills required, advanced skills strongly preferred
• Service Design experience strongly preferred
• Ability to facilitate outcome driven workshops strongly preferred
 
*Onsite/Remote work flexibility expectations: ONSITE ONLY - We are hoping for an in-office worker (not hybrid or remote) who enjoys face-to-face collaboration with customers and the dozens of other designers on our team that collaborate together in the office every day.
