Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will lead full lifecycle implementations, drive business process transformation, and deliver compliant, scalable HCM solutions aligned with enterprise HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with primary focus on Payroll and Benefits modules.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define solution design.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration and process improvements.
Configure Payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, eligibility profiles, and benefits plans.
Develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Manage data migration activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
Design integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party payroll, finance, and benefits providers.
Support system testing, SIT, UAT cycles, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Provide post-go-live production support and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and benefits policies.
Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and assess impact on existing configurations.
Deliver training sessions and create functional/technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional consulting roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits.
Expertise in Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Working knowledge of Core HR, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).
Experience with HDL and Payroll Batch Loader.
Deep understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle and payroll processing.
Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR).
Experience with Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
Exposure to integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
Experience supporting US payroll and compliance requirements.
