RPA Developer – Automation Anywhere & Java

Job Summary:

We are looking for an RPA Developer with strong experience in Automation Anywhere and Java to design, develop, and support automation solutions for business processes. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in bot development, process automation, debugging, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere bots

• Build automation workflows for business and operational processes

• Use Java for scripting, integrations, and custom automation components

• Troubleshoot bot failures and provide production support

• Work with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities

• Maintain bot documentation, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Ensure automation solutions follow security and compliance standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Automation Anywhere

• Good hands-on experience in Java

• Experience in RPA development, bot deployment, and support

• Knowledge of workflow automation, debugging, and exception handling

• Experience with API / database integrations

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL

• Knowledge of other RPA tools is a plus

• Automation Anywhere certification is a plus
