Location: Coppell, Texas Hybrid - 3 days in a week from office

Role Overview

Client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Interacting and engaging with higher level leadership team
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 12 plus years of experience in project coordination within large organizations.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments is highly desirable.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
