Boeing Global Services Government Training Program Office seeks a
Senior Product Leader/Data Analyst to join our team in
Hazelwood, MO, and drive high-impact analytics, automation, and process improvement initiatives that enable faster, data-driven decisions across government training and services programs. The Government Training Program Office seeks a Data Analyst to build reliable data pipelines, develop automated processes, and deliver operational dashboards and analytics to enable leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions. The Data Analyst will partner with Program Management, Finance, and functional teams to prototype and scale automation and continuous improvement initiatives supporting Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Completion (EAC), and performance reporting as needed.
Position Responsibilities: Participate in automation initiatives and develop insightful dashboards and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making for government training programs.
Automate routine finance and program processes (data collection, reconciliations, reporting) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and timeliness.
Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipeline processes to integrate data from financial systems and program sources.
Translate business requirements from program and functional stakeholders into scalable and measurable KPIs.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate program and financial performance to leaders and analysts.
Ensure data quality, documentation, and repeatable processes; perform root-cause analysis for data discrepancies.
Maintain an understanding of financial data and program metrics to support accurate performance reporting.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent military experience
3+ years of experience with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, and Python
3+ years of experience working with financial tools such as Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting Systems (EAS)
3+ years of experience with Boeing financial systems (or similar enterprise financial systems)
3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Experience integrating work across teams, functions, and locations
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

Summary pay range: $120,050 - $152,950
