CICD Infrastructure Engineer Role

• As the CICD Engineer for the Enterprise CI & CD Pipeline team you will drive how Discover uses CI & CD to deliver applications to production in an agile fashion. The CICD Core team task to manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Platform Tools and a portfolio of Products used by developers to implement and deliver prioritized features.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for the definition, engineering and operationalization of new CI-CD pipelines that are leveraged by multiple software delivery teams
• Design, implement, and integrate new CI/CD Platform or product line capabilities using GitLab CICD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus and other tools
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve existing capabilities that align with business needs
• Administer and maintain current CI/CD Platform and products by implementing roadmap for tool upgrades, addressing security efforts, monitoring CI/CD platform tools
• Develop CI/CD Pipeline library - declarative & scripted for steady state, adoption & support, and enhancements
