Must-Have Skills

Strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience
Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Firmware Engineering
Hands-on Hardware Development & Testing
Ability to interpret engineering designs and specifications
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, defect resolution, and validation
Understanding of functional and RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) requirements
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, verification, and integration teams
