Location: Charlotte, North Carolina or Irving, TX (hybrid)
Role Overview
This contingent resource will support complex, large-scale Technology Business Systems Consulting initiatives. The consultant will analyze and resolve multifaceted business systems challenges, collaborate strategically with client personnel, and contribute to deliverables requiring a deep understanding of business processes, compliance, and technology solutions. The role supports ongoing and future initiatives related to commercial lending systems, with a strong focus on Loan IQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support technology solutions as a Business Systems Analyst, including requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and support the execution of UAT test scripts.
- Manage requirements, backlog, and defects using Jira or a similar tool within an Agile methodology.
- Provide production support, including issue triage and impact assessment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Advanced, hands-on Loan IQ Business Systems Data experience (BA, QA, production support, or operations).
- Experience supporting technology solutions as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Commercial lending experience (syndicated, bilateral, or member deals).
- Strong background in requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with UAT test script creation and execution support.
- Agile methodology experience and iterative delivery practices.
- Hands-on Jira (or similar tool) experience for requirements, backlog, and defect management.
- Production support experience, including issue triage and impact assessment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
