Lead Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to support a large-scale legacy modernization initiative. This role will lead the transformation of a mainframe-based system into a modern, scalable web platform within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate

• Build responsive front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and external web services (SOAP/REST, messaging platforms)

• Support data migration to relational databases (DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

• Implement unit and automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium)

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

• Leverage AI-powered development tools for code generation, test automation, refactoring, and security scanning

Required Experience

• Experience in backend development (Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot)

• Experience in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap or similar)

• Database development (SQL, stored procedures, relational databases)

• System integration (REST/SOAP services, messaging platforms)

• DevOps/CI/CD (Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle)

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Mainframe modernization experience

• AI-assisted software development experience

• Data migration experience

• Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks

• Messaging tools (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
