Summary
We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our External Affairs team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a visual storyteller who can balance graphic design, video production, and digital strategy.

- Location: Jackson, MS 39202
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Branding: Create high-impact graphics for social media and digital platforms.
- Content Strategy: Manage a proactive social media calendar and digital communications.
- Web Support: Perform website content updates and maintenance via CMS (Drupal).
- Photo & Video: Provide on-site photography and videography for events, including post-production editing.
- Accessibility: Ensure all digital assets meet modern web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional Experience: 1 3 years in graphic design or digital media.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Multimedia Production: Experience operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and editing software.
- Digital Management: Experience updating website content through a CMS (Drupal preferred).
- Planning: Strong ability to plan and execute content via a structured social media calendar.
Bonus Skills We Love
- Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects).
- Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of PDF remediation (CommonLook).
