SAP RTR Offshore Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Offshore Lead to support SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, enhancements, and ongoing delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining functional SAP expertise with team and project leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage an offshore SAP RTR team, including work allocation, deliverable reviews, risk management, and issue escalation
* Provide functional leadership across SAP Finance areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Banking, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, Tax, and E-Invoicing
* Gather business requirements and lead solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, hypercare support, and transition activities
* Support and coordinate integrations with various finance, retail, banking, HR, and third-party business systems
* Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls, and technical teams to deliver business solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of SAP Finance experience
* 3+ years in a lead or team leadership capacity
* Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience supporting global finance organizations across multiple regions and time zones

Contract Details:
* Immediate start preferred
* Long-term contract opportunity
* Candidates must be able to work with U.S. Eastern Time overlap through at least 1:00 PM EST, with additional flexibility required during deployments, cutovers, and critical project phases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
