Required Skills

Core Competencies

· Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Multithreading| Collections| Streams| JVM tuning).

· Extensive experience in Microservices architecture and design patterns.

· Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot| Spring MVC| Spring Data).

· Expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases (SQL| PL/SQL| performance tuning).

· Strong experience with application servers:

· WebLogic and Apache Tomcat.

· Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful / SOAP web services.

Additional Technical Skills

· Experience with Hibernate / JPA for ORM.

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins| Maven/Gradle).

· Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Splunk| ELK| etc.).

· Understanding of security standards (OAuth| JWT| encryption).

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
